  National Advocacy Platform (NAP), a grouping of various Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), have offered their condolences to President Lazarus Chakwera on the death of Vice-President Saulos Chilima and eight others who perished in a military plane crash on MondayThe CSOs, who were led by their chairperson Benedicto Kondwe, offered their condolences to the President this afternoon at Kamuzu Palace in Lilongwe. During the meeting, Kondowe said they are in solidarity with Chakwera and all Malawians during this period, adding that they will play their role of uniting people as they mourn the fallen Vice-President. He said: "As non-State actors, we will stand by you to make sure that peace prevails during this trying period".
